Application area --> Customer overview --> Not showing full BP details

Hello,

The customer overview tab in the application are is not displaying the full Business partner details. Following are the results for different components and profiles used.

Case 1:

Standard default workplace - ISU_EFF

Component - CUSTINFO

Profile - ISUCUSTINFO

Result - I am just getting the SAP utilities image and when the customer is displayed, I am getting the "the page cannot displayed" information.

Case 2:

Customised default workplace

Component - NAV_VIEW

Profile - ISU_EFF

Result - I am getting the same view of "Data environment" in the Navigation area in the. Only the current active contracts are displayed. Not the complete details of the business partner is available.

Do I need to create a profile of my own? Or some standard profile is available?

HI

In standard you will get just SAP Utilities screen in wokspace

you need to configure components which components need to be displayed on that application area.

This would be similar to IC win of CRM, get help if u have a CRM consultant over thre.

We should copy the best profile which fits our requirement and then need to change by using the t-code ENVD.
