PA 40 recording

Hi all,

I am doing a hire action thruough recording.

After recording is done how can i capture the pernr that has been created in the recording in the program.

Can anybody please suggest

HI,

When ever we are doing the recording process and after that if you use it in a BDC, then all the messages will be stored int BDCMSGCOLLstructure. In that use the field MSGV1 through MSGV4 so that you can get the PERNR number created . Or use the FM FORMAT_MESSAGE will also capture the success message. In that also you can get the PERNR number.
