Setting up BGGUI 6.40

Hi ,

I am trying to set up BGGUI 6.40 on my windows desktop ( BRTOOLS 7.0 is installed on Unix environemnt)

Is there any manual or steps to follow to install BGGUI 6.40 ?

I have never heard of BGGUI before....
