Wage type not permitted for ESG grouping

Hi,

I aaded a payment in IT0015 for several employees. However I got an error in one saying - Wage type 1110 not permitted for EE subgroup grouping 3 (from 01/01/1900 - 12/31/1999). What should I do to fix this. Thanks for your help!

Sorry! I meant ESG - Employee subgroup grouping is 3.

Hi,

Please check below path,

SPRO>Personnel Admn>Payroll Data>Additioanl Payments>Wage Types>Define Wage Type Permissibility for each PS and ESG.

In Employee Subgroup grouping for 3 enter 1

0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9

1 1 1

I checked V_511_B for 1110 and all the PSAs are 1. In ESG only 0,1 and 2 have 1. Not ESG 3. My undertsanding is I should also put a 1 for this, since the error says the problem is with #3.

Also before i send to produc. i wanted to check to see in dev server if any other employees have PSG 3. But when i run the Employee List report with PSG 3 nothing shows up. Is there any other way to check this.

I think there is some confusion of PSG & ESG in your query...

Could you pls. check it and post it again, if you are still facing the problem!

Hi Naveen, I checked this table and dont see any problems. Would it have something to do with "Define WT Permissibility for each PS and ESG ". I didnt see my IT i.e. 1110. ALso there are are hundreds of ITs but here there were less than 10. Does this mean that if wage type permissibility is not defined its applicable for all PS/ESG?

So then should i ctreate permissibility for 1110. WHat should i enter if error like i mentioned before said - "not permitted for EE subgroup grouping 3"

Check this table V_503_G for your wage type EE group and EE subgroup is properly maintained or not.
