create a web service that copy a standard web service

hi all,

plz i have to create a web service that copy one standard web service using MF and classic ABAP ? no abap objet??

my web service call two MF, but i don't know how to get the entries of my web service from these MF, ?? i can't understand how to create this entries of the WS that called message ??

that WS is related to THE HR Module.

I m a beginner in ABAP and SAP.

any docs or tips.

any help .

in fact, u can take one standard web service for example approveleaverequestemployee , i need to develop one web service that do the same things as this web service.
