Problem with sending Workitem to external mail

Hello,

We have the following situation.

We need to send the Workflow workitem to the approvers external mail.

This does not work in our test system.

The Workflow itself is working fine, workitems however, do not reach the SCOT trx. The reason for this is that the report RBBP_NOTIFICATION_OFFAPP does not select any workitem to send it to the external mail!

This report is standard funcionality and is working fine in our Development system! Should be working fine en our test system also.

Therefore we think the problem is in our Workflow Z we constructed. Something might have gone wrong in transporting the workflow. We do not know what this might be.

Anyone had this experience before?

Please help us out. Thanks in advance.

Hi

WF-BATCH user could be a default wf user. check what is the mail id for this user. or check the program what user id they mentioned in the progrm.compare your both system. you can diagonise the problem easily. hope you would have mentioned forward workitem in a org structure.check in sost click the mail you can understand from where/ to mail goes?

Thanks for the answer,

I checked the user WF-batch in both systems and the Jobs running for this user. In both systems there are the same!

Im not sure I understand what you mean with the Organization structure part about forwarding items? Is this an attribute?

Could it be a Basis problem, a flag of some kind?
