License key does not support clustering

Hi

I need to know how to fix this issue. When I try to cluster using "Crystal Report Server XI r2" I get this error after installing the second cms server and I tried to bring up the server

How can I obtain the correct license key I need?

Hi Gajalini,

Thomas is correct. Crystal Reports server is not scalable and is a single server install. If you wish to perform an expand install, you must upgrade your product to Business Objects Enterprise.

my understanding is that Crystal Report server is not expandable beyond one server. You would need to move to Business Objects Enterprise to get the expansion you are looking for.
