Solution Manager - Maintain Attribute Values

Hi Experts

We can't find how to create/ modify values on messages. Specifically, we are looking for Category and Priority, This is not to set defaults, but to add multiple values. Once we have updated the values then we want to set defaults and sequence. We need help with that also.

Can someone please help?

Please go to SPRO

then SAP solution manager service desk scenario specific settings define catalog code

Define values here for your self and assign the same to subject catalog and then this one to SLFN .....this is will solve ur purpose.

The question is about messages passed between STWB_2 and STWB_WORK. The messages are apparently support messages also used in the help desk.

We are looking for direction how to maintain values for the attributes Catagory and Subject on the message.
