Hello all,
I have installed Solution Manager 7.0 on Linux /Oracle system. The license is getting ready to expire. Is it possible to get a temporary license for Solution Manager?
TIA
Solution Manager is free for SAP customers, requesting a SAP license takes less than 1 day. go get it at http://service.sap.com/licensekeys

Thanks for the response.
When going to generate a license key, I get the message of: "Currently you do not have the authorization to use this function ..."
Then, there is a list of people who do - but i believe that some kind of super-user is needed(?) Going through the list of people listed; however, in the meantime, is it possible to have some kind of temporary license?
TIA
you already have a temporary license... and it is about to expire, you cannot install a temporary license on top of an existing one.
you will need to ask your super user to request a license key for you... or ask him to add authorization to do so.
unless you hack your license, there are no other way.
note that you can still login into client 000 with user SAP*, even after license expiration.
