Hi,

I am trying to close two capital project but could not due to following error.

1."Error when processing asset under construction (AuC) for WBS elementThe deactivation date is before the last transaction"

2."Error when processing asset under construction (AuC) for WBS elementThe deactivation date is before the last transaction Balance of WBS is not zero"

Please help us to solve the issue.

error 1 - you seem to have settled to AuC then backed out and the trying to deactivate AuC. The settlement happens on the month end although you may have done posting today, unless you specified the posting date on the CJ88 screen.

error 2 - outstanding costs - need to settle before closing

Thanks for you reply. Could you please elaborate wtih example for error1. I have negative balance in WBS.
