Problem with CRM Contact Center Simulator setup

Hello, Gurus!

Business Server Page (BSP) error

What happened?

Calling the BSP page was terminated due to an error.

Your SAP Business Server Pages Team

If I clear CONTACTCENTER function profile from my business role IC WebClient begins work normal, but in this case Contact Center Simulator doesn't work.

Hi,

try to set Java Console plug-in in your internet browser,

for IE7: Internet Options->Programs->Add-ons manage->Sun Java Console set ON.

The problem was solved, but now I do not have ready/not ready buttons in IC WebClient.

is your pc's java running at 1.4.2_xx?

I have 2 computers running on java 1.5.0_06 and 1.4.2_18 but it doesn't work on both.

Hi Friends,

Our friend didnt place how he resolved his issue, but i want to add how we can overcome the BSP issue

Modify your Instance Profile RZ10> Select Instance Profile> select change mode

Introduce the parameter

icm/host_name_full = <company name>.<EXT>

Restart Instance and then type the URL with fully qualified domain name.

In SM59 in my connection I entered:

Target Host: server_name.domain_name

Service No.: 52000 (because of system number is 20)

Path Prefix: /bcb/ccsdispatcher

When I try connection test button I get:

Status HTTP Response 200

Status Text OK

Duration Test Call 228 ms

And response body is:

SAP CCS Dispatcher

Request: empty

In SM59 can you get a connection when you test? and you filled in the whole path not just /bcb/ccsdispatcher

correction, /bcb/ccsdispatcher is path prefix but is the target host and service filled in?
