Hi All,
I have a scenario like, i maintain
one finish product and 3 sub assmy and each have components
I got the plnned order for the fini and the 2 sub-assmy
but for the one sub assmy after MRP run .systeml not created the planned order for this assmy and the corresponding its compnents
istead , for this sub assmby . MDO4 screen . it show the DEP reqmt.
and no more reqmt is capture for its components
pls clear me
what i wa
Hi Raj,
- Check in MD05 is there any exception massage is there regarding that Assembly.
- Check MRP type for that Assembly (It should be PD/M0)

HI all,
i just receive the flw error,
An in-house production time of 1.004 workdays was calculated.
This value is greater than the allowed maximum value of 999 workdays.
i donot maintian the prod time for this material in matrl master.
and the lot size procedure is lot for lot(ex)

Hi Raj,
Then problem must be in your Routing / Recipe or in scheduling formula of Work center / resource.
- Check all the relevant data like Operation qty / Activity timings of all the operations.
- Check scheduling formula of assign work centers.
- Check also In house production time - -my doubt is over here-

the operation toal timing is arround 2 hrs / pc
*I Checked scheduling formula of assign work centers.
i maintian the setup and the process formula sap001 sap002, and the capacity is 14 hrs/ day
Check also In house production time - -i did not maintian in the material mastr

You've got the DepReq - this indicates that the BOM is OK.
1. What abou the MRP type of you sub-assy? If it is 'ND' (e.g.) MRP run won't create PldOrd.
2. Doesn't its stock cover the rquirements?
Please give more info.
