Moving Receivable

Hi All,

Is it possible to move receivable from one control a/c to another control a/c. Let's take for e.g.

Customer is A

1. Control a/c is A/R Trade

2. another Control a/c is A/R Legal

Customer A got 2 open items of each 50,000 amount after certain time it decided that legal action should be taken against him at that time client wanted move receivable from A/R Trade control a/c to A/R Legal control a/c with 2 open items.

Hi Harish

If I understood you correctly, you have one customer who is linked to AR Trade Recon acct.

He has not paid

You need to move to recon acct - AR Legal

Just open a Customer acct in XD01 and use recon acct - AR Legal.

Transfer amount from subledger of "AR Trade" to this new customer account subledger who is linked to AR Legal.

It should reflect it AR legal recon acct.
