All reports are stored in TADIR table.
U can check it out by executing this table.

do an SE16 for table TADIR with PGMID = "R3TR", OBJECT = "PROG" and SRCSYSTEM = "SAP".
Set maximum hits to 1,000,000 before executing.

it gives the transaction name with description.
