Purchase order delivery table

Can anyone tell me which tables I can get STO number from a delivery.

I have the delivery number say 800009009

The transaction MB51 has it but the fields are blank so I need the tables.

Hi,

Check in Table EKBE - History per Purchasing Document

Here check for Field "PO History Category" (BEWTP)

Youo will get following PO History Categories

E - Goods Receipt (MIGO - 101)

U - Goods Issue (VL10B / VL10D - 641)

L - Outbound Delivery (VL01N)

R - Invoice Receipt (MIRO)

Pick up the dates of the documents according to the above PO History Categories.

That table doesnt have the ones I am searching for and I dont know why. EKBE makes sense but what is the table that records the delivery document flow?

so which fields do i look at?

The category which is an L

But i am confused:

is the material document number the delivery number or the reference cause i can see both

Have you done GR in Receiving Plant w.r.t. Outbound Delivery or Stock Transport Order.

If you will do w.r.t. Outbound Delivery then only it will get update in tables EKBE and VBFA, otherwsie not.

Now if you check in Table MKPF, field XBLNR (Reference), there you will get delivery no against material document of 641 movement type.

No see thats exactly what i am checking for and no all goods receipt have not been done at the receiving plant.

so i should use MKPF you say?
