What is the last action to have a SAP system show in the lists under Systems and Servers in Solution Landscape Maintenance?
I have compared a new SAP system with previously set up SAP systems and cannot see any differences so far.

If you use SLD in your firm, you can let that propagate these details into SMSY in SolMan.
If not, you can maintain it manually.
I could not understand your second question.
