Problem with license create when installing WEB AS 6.20

I'm getting the following error message when doing the install. I'm about 91% completed when this happens.

I'm on the internet when doing this. Are there some settings I have to change? I would appreciate any ideas on what is going on. Thank you.

Hi Steven,

Looks like the temporary license for 4 weeks during the

installation of WAS 620 is not being created.

Also you may as well want to check sapinst_dev.log, keydb.xml, control.xml, dev_slic etc.

I was able to get past this from reading other posts with similar error messages. They gave me some ideas to try. Thanks all.
