Easy DMS - Preferences lost

Hi

We have a couple of users that experience some issues with the "Preferences" in the EDMS gui.

When they change some of the values i.e. "Timeout for the RFC Connection", the values alway change back to the old value.

Certain users' EDMS GUI does not remember the last system they logged into as well as their user names and they have to select it again from the drop down, and type their user names again.

This happens on SP9 patch 2 and the new SP11 as well.

Has anyone encountered these issues and have possible solutions?

as u are saying this is happening on couple of PCs, make sure u r not deleting registry entries manually/or by some other application.

esp registry hkcu/software/sap/easydms/...
