SAPCAR error

Dear Sirs , when I try to unpack KD00040.CAR file (spam update) with sapcar tool i have following error :

SAPCAR '-xvf KD00040.CAR'

sapcar : error opening

sapcar : 0 files extracted

Could anyone help me ?

Hi

Just Try the following command:

SAPCAR -xvf KD00040.CAR

Make aure you have the SAPCAR and the KD00040.CAR file in the directory fm where you are issuing the command or you fully qualify the paths.

you have the quotes around the -xvf parameters as well...
