Hi all,

I Configured Alerts for some interfaces,initially after the configaration alert got generated when bad file in put.After few days when I am testing the same interface I am not able to view the alerts in the inbox.

do we need to schedule any jobs for this.

Pl let me know.

hi,

alert is triggered autometicaly according to the rule defined when any error occure.

please check your alert category and alert rule once again,

plese check the tab suppress multiple alert must be unchecked while defining alert rule.

I did not uncheck Suppress Multiple Alerts of This Rule .
