Hello
My customer manages three countries:
Main one where the server has been installed (Kenya)
Two other countries with few end-users (Uganda / Tanzania)
The end-users from Uganda / Tanzania are expected to use Remote Access (Terminal Service), directly connected onto the main server.
But the lines are bad and it takes time to perform some entries.
Is there any other way to speed the process?
1 - Citrix (but looks expensive)
2 - Web Interface
3 - Other solution?
Thanks for your update
Stephane
Hi Stephane,
If line is bad, nothing can help too much. Terminal server is the one used most often for remote usage of B1.
Try to find some ways to reduce the size of database, logs and tables. As long as you can reduce the total data usage to achieve the same goal, you can get better results.
Thanks,
Gordon
