Let me know how movement type is determined in delivery when it is created from STO, iSTO?

Movement types are determined via Schedule Line Category in VOV6.
Check following Schedule Line Categories
NC Intercompany replen.
NN Replenishmnt w/o MRP

As per my view system take 601 mov. type for delivery.

your see in OMJJ movemnt types are assigned to the transaction codes
and in OMWN movemnt types are assigned to Transaction event keys which helps to determine the GL acc
