Hi all
I am a recent graduate who got an opportunity to work on SAP CRM.
My company is now implementing CRM 2007.
I am looking for advise on which section of CRM is suitable for someone new and someone without any technical background.
I have an opportunity to choose where i want to specialise on.
thanks
kevin

As you are new to SAP CRM, it is recommended that you take up basic task like Transaction Type, Item Category, etc, which are simpler to handle.

Kevin,
What is your major/degree? If you have no "technical" knowledge then you probably end up with a best fit of going in as a configuration/process analyst in one of the process areas that you are implementing that fits close to your major.
Take care,
Stephen
