How take a excel report in sap b1 2007?what is the procedure or else step for excel report?how to import the report in excel sheet

Hi Bhuvana,

You can create reports in Excel for Business One using XL Reporter. This is an add-on which allows you to build custom reports, and comes included with the 2007 A version. It is also available as a download for the 2005 version.

Please see [service.sap.com/smb/sbo/xlr|http://service.sap.com/smb/sbo/xlr] which is the landing page for XLR. This contains alot of information including examples, the help file, e-learning and other documentation.

If you have any specific questions about XLR, it would be best to post them in the Business One forum rather than the SDK forum as SDK consultants may not have as much experience with XLR.

HI,

I guess u can use the Export to MS-EXCEL option on the tool bar. Open the report and click on the Export to MS-EXCEL. to export the report to XL.
