Solution Monitoring in JAVA Based Components ?

Hello Experts,

I have configured the Solution Monitoring in Solution Manager server with Satelite systems (ECC and CRM systems.) in Abap based Components

1.Earlywatch Alert

2,System Monitroing

3,Central System Administration

4,Service Level report All of them working fine

Now I want to setup all the above setup for Java based Components.

1.Is it possible to setup Solution Monirtoring in Java?.

2. How to configure the above setup?.

3. Is there any simulator or Help files availale?.

Hi,

Is it a stand alone java?

I think you have to first activate the java instance in the SMSY.

example just click BI JAVA = relevant,

create the java system component, and include thhis system under it as java.

then u can configure system monitoring for the j2ee part.

My system is Abap+Java based ... OK i will do that.

For Abap i have already configured, its working fine.

What are the process i have to follow to get the Ewarlywatch alert for Java systems..?..

Is there any other note/link or Tutor(Like ABAP Tutor) for system moniting/Administration and Service level reporting for JAVA ?

make sure about the sp level in satellite system.

The wily files depends on the SP - level

Apart from this I need to configure System moniting/Administration and Service level reporting for JAVA ?

if you have sp level 15 you have a new functionality called as work center provided by sap for solutionmanager .

This can be used for all the monitoring and administration of the satellite systems.

install wily interscope manager in solman

install SMD agents in satellite system

install wily agents in satellite system.

make sure about the sp level in satellite system.

The wily files depends on the SP - level

1.Could you tell me how to generate the EWA report for JAVA.

2. Could you give me document/simulator to configure the workcenter
