What are the Steps to integrate the Bex anlayzer output to Cognos ?

What are you looking into exactly? Which Cognos product?

I will assume here that you want to use Cognos 8 to connect to SAP BW infocubes; if so, this is feasible as Cognos 8 supports this connectivity (BW version >= 3.x if I remember correctly).

To create a connection from Cognos 8 to an Info Cube, check out your Cognos manual as the Step-by-step procedure is defined in there.
