Hi All,

Could you pl let me know how to configure OT for the following scenario's, detailed configuration is highly appreciated (from Attendence's config onwards)

Scenario 1:

1. OT should calculate double of basic i.e ((basic)2/26/8no.of hours)

Scenario 2:

1. OT should calculate for morethan 40 hours i.e ((basic/30/8*no.of hours) and this should be calculated every quarter say Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, July-Sep & Oct-Dec periods.

System should take care ESI wherever is applicable.

Your immediate response in this regard is higly appreciable.

Hai,

Do you want OT calculation on only Basic pay.

How much percentage, you want calculate.

For the second scenario activate the TW10 sub schema.

maintain the tw00 rule.

Hai,

V_512W_B in this table you can maintain the statement wt(Basic WT) and give the percentage , how much you want.

OR

If it is not work

U can follow like that

Maintain the one valuation wage type and one processing class and specifications.

Like

VWTCL90

A

Addwt *

addwt /099

In this way you have to write the one pcr or you can add the rule to X010.

all the best
