Asset Master fields

Dear All,

In the Asset master there is field in Time Dependent - Loacation. what exactly is that field. & where do i have to maintain it.

You can maintain above data at the below path

spro-financial accounting-asset accounting- master data-screen layout-Define Screen Layout for Asset Master Data.-select Define Screen Layout for Asset Master Data-select your layout-double click logical field groups tab-select Time-dependent data- double click field group rules -

Here you can define the fileds according to you requirment.

Above fields are self explanatory

My doubt is , that the Location field is same as the Storage Location of MM . or is it different. if so where do i maintain.

Hi

Yes..you can enter location of your storage location of the asset and you can create the storage location of the asset at spro-enterprise structure-defenition-logicstic general-define location.
