Excepting the documentation that exist on the SAP library,does somebody have other documents that can help me better understand some procesess in Flexible?

If you are SAP customer you can also look at the service page, shortcut re.

[http://service.sap.com/re]

There you will find additional information on features and functions of SAP Real Estate.
