In my Service PR, i maintain the price in Limits tab.
When i create a PO referring this PR, the price will flow from the PR and it is not amendable.
But i need to have the option of changing the price at the stage of PO.
Any spro settings to be cone?

At the time of service pr creation click on price change allow check box button.
Other wise best way is take only limits for service and at the time of service entry sheet you can enter manually service and then take it quantity and amount.

You should check the screen layout for service items:
SPRO/MM/Purchasing/PO/Define screen layout/PT9F and then look for prices
