Change standard title bar text of CIC0

Hi,

My requirement is to change the CIC0 transactions title bar text from Customer Interaction Center to Customer Service.

I have already followed the following ways:

1. Using SE63 transaction and their steps.

2. Using system u2013 status u2013 double clicks on transaction code u2013 it will take you into se93 u2013 where you can change the description.

But not working.

Please help me out from this issue.

You should do this via customizing:

Do a search in transaction SPRO (next press F5):

Look for Definition of Front Office Framework.

I'm in CRM where I have to go like this:

Customer Relationship Management->Interaction Center Win Client->Definition of Front Office Framework->maintain window title
