Test Case for SP Upgrade

Hi,

Our XI patch is going to be upgraded from SP 10 to 15. I have to prepare a test case for the same. Could you please suggest some points to be mentioned.

I have mentioned about the Check Channels for green or Start the channels from RWB + check the channels at ID if Active or not. Am little confused about to mention the end to end scenario as only the user will load the raw data for the end to end scenario.

I would br greatful if you read the quesry posted properly before answering. My question was regarding preparing Test Cases and not looking for info on patchs

U can tell ABAP and JAVA stack on different is always recommended to have both the stacks on the same patch levels. Thus, we need to upgrade service pack. It will provide more stability . !!
