Production Order - Capacity Overload

Hello Frds,

I have created a maintenance order. In that the work center is under repair and the same work center is my production work centre. In the maintenance order header under system condition I have maintained 0. Also in the order control OPJK I have maintained check capacity with SAPSFCG013 profile.

Now what I want is whenever there is no capacity available inthat work centre, I should not be able to release the production order.

Kindly guide.

HI

what ever you have maintaine dis correct,in equipment work centre should be production work centre,

and in OPJK IMG settings, against the order type and plant the 1Check availability during order creation

2Check availability during order release has to maintain the option release order ,you need to selct the option among these

1 Release by user decision if capacity is insufficient

2 Release although no available capacity

3 No release if capacity is insufficient
