how to make 'calculate tax ' as a mandatory field during invoice verification by using MIRO transaction.

Create a Transaction Variant in SHD0 for MIRO Transaction code and set the Field Tax code Mandatory.

You cannot make any field selection for MIRO. this functionality is not been provided in the SPRO for invoice verification.
The other way round is to create a screen variant through SHD0.
