Hi All,

I have a scenario, that is for example in one of sales order, I have one line item with 100 qty and while coming to delivery, user is able to delivery 110 qty. Is it because of over tolerance allowed for that customer.

Hi,

You have control this at delivery item catgory level.

In Delevery item cat you can find out Check over deliver field under Quantity TAB.

The options are like:

Empty- No Dialogue

A- Note about the situation

B-Situation rejectred with error message.

If you want contrl for over delivery at delivery then tou have to maintain either A or B in this fierld.

Yes,

I found it and it is Delivery tolerance in line item - go to shipping tab - delivery tolerance - Overdeliv. Tolerance, which has been maintained. Once it is empty, sytem has not allowed over delivery.

u r right it is because of the over and under delivery tolerance in customer master u maintain

but u can do it upto some extent

Dear Friends,

I have checked all the controls what you have mentioned like -

1.(check over delivery- B) is maintained.

2.Item data - 101

Item Ext. System - 0

Business data - 2

3.ItemRequirement 202

But Still not possible.

Check out in Delivery Document Type LF(T-code-OVLK)

Check Item Requirement

201--No order with Independent item

202--Order Relevant with Independent Item

If u keep Item Requirement 201 then irrespective order quantity u can delivery more quantity than order quantity

If u keep Item Requirement 202 then the delivery will happen with reference to order quantity only.

hi friend,

I feel the delivery qunatity is not checking with the open qunatity of the sales order qunatity in the item overview tab of delivery u can see the open quantity field where it will be updated with the order qnty.

Check the copy control settings "vtla"

Item data 101 Item

Item Ext. System 0

Business data 2 Business Data

Pos./neg. quantity +
