customer credit memo

Hi guys,

We are trying to request a customer credit memo.

For this we are going to FBL5n, giving the customer number and selecting the customer open items.

Then for doc types, DZ or DR we are selecting the item, then going to environment->correspondence->request.we are getting the message saying customer credit memo requested.

Then we are again going to environment->correspondence->display.

We are getting the message saying no output of the correspondence and no relevant item in document.

How can we see the customer credit memo here?

Please select "Noted Items" field in order to view Customer credit memo under T-code FBL5N.
