Currently the mails are sent to commodity manager per item wise, please tell me how we can change it by sending only one mail to commodity manager with the items he is responsible for.
How about selecting "Collect work items per user" option in the RBBP_NOTIFICATION_OFFAPP program ? If you have not selected that option, email is sent per work item.
