Hi All,

Consults 2 questions

1、 sales order quantity 10, when delivery, delivery quantity inputs 15, picking 15, delivers goods the posting to be able to succeed, how does this question solve?

2、in the sales order Delivery block change has not been a blank, why also can found the delivery document?

Dear Andy

Answer to your Q1 : Go to T.Code zeroVLP, select your item category and maintain B for the field "Check overdelivery". This will prevent changing the quantity in delivery over and above the ordered quantity

Regarding the delivery block....

Different delivery blocks will have different characters. They can be configured by specifying which activities in the Shipping process should be blocked like Delivery creation, Picking,PGi etc., Please check the delivery block assigned and in the IMG you can check the configuration of this delivery block.

Regarding your first question...it is not clear whether you are making any changes to the quantity in delivery or not.

Hi there,

Delivery quantity can be manually changed. Picking & packing will automatically be based on the delivery quantity. We can only not change the order quantity once the delivery is changed. There is no restriction on delivery quantity unless specified or controlled.

Check in VOV8 if there is any delivery block for the order type. Also, check in sales order main screen shipping view if there is any delivery block. If yes, delivery cannnot be created.
