Hi All,
When I use help.sap.com, neither IE or Mozilla Firefox is able to display the (default) frameset.htm. I am able to display the content.htm, by manually changing the URL from /frameset.htm to /content.htm
If I use Mozilla's DOM inspector, I am able to determine the ID of the plain.htm and thereby display the tree on the left.
Since this occurs with IE (as well as Mozilla), I conclude this is not simply an incompatibility with mozilla.
Does anybody have any hints?
Regards
Andrew

Finally found the reason why the frame processing was inoperative. After switching Ad Blocking OFF in the Norton Personal Firewall, frame processing works fine. Problem resolved
May this tip save others some frustration
to get the tree on the left just click the icon next to the topic (two arrows pointing to left and right) with a tool tip "<b><i>Locate the document in its SAP Libaray structure</i></b>"
Regards
Raja
