Hi All,

Please, help me for the follwoing error:

I am getting this error while accessing the Runtime work Bench- Message Monitoring.

Hi Mahesh

1) Activated all services

2)Go to SU01 > type PIISUSER and reset the user's pw

The error you are facing might be because of J2EE roles – Refer SAP Note -796726.

the error is due the j2ee roles

check whether the following role are assigned to the user to access the RWB:

SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER

SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER_MAIN.

and also chek whether the user XIRWBUSER is locked/unlocked,if so unlock it from suo1

check the oss note 796726

403 Forbidden

The request was a legal request, but the server is refusing to respond to it. Unlike a 401 Unauthorized response, authenticating will make no difference.
