About Equipment.

Dear all,

In customer service i should enter Equipment number.........

When iam going to create IE01........Thr no data which releated Material and Serial number......

Then in Service notification How system will track Material and Serial number data..

Hi Lucky,

Assuming, you are using equipment category as S, check the SerData tab in the equipment master.

If you dont find this tab, then goto Edit --->View selection

and check the serial numbers checkbox.

Once done you will see the SerData tab where you can link material and serial number.

Nice to hear tht ur problem was solved.
