How to Modify the document and resubmit it for approval

Hi All

I have a workflow with 4 approval process. In that 3rd step of approval if i download the document into local folder and make changes and upload the document. Then i have submit the document for approval. Then approval process is start from 1st step instead of 4th step.please provide some suggestion for continuing the approval process in to the 4th step.

Hi,

It's not possible to edit a document submited to approval. Only you can add comments using feedback.

The only user with write permissions must be the author. Approvers or end users only have read permission.

Try to use Guided Procedure to implement this scenario.
