Whenever I try to access SRM Live Auction Cockpit with an user I get this error message: "JCO error during execution of function module; error key is: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE: An exception ocurred that was not caught"
If I run transaction ST22, the exception is named "CX_BBP_ES_INTERNAL_ERROR" and the reason for the exception is "Buffering table is not up to date".
Has anyone ever faced this problem?
Best Regards, Emilia

Hi,
JCo users must be assigned standard authorization objects,
such as S_RFC, contained as part of the standard RFC
users profile, and must have authorization to access the
following function groups:
- BACV
- BBP_LA_BIZAPI
- BBP_LA_MAINTENANCE
- RFC1
- SDIFRUNTIME
- SYST
- SYSU
Check this also:
5.20.5.2 Maintaining the Definition of a Back-End System in B2B
1. Go to transaction SM31.
2. Enter Table/View BBP_BACKEND_DEST.
3. Click Maintain to go to the Change View "Definition of Backend System in B2B": Overview page
4. Click New Entries.
5. Select the destination for which you want to configure this EBP Client, using the Destinations list.
.
Note
Once you have created another HTTP Connection to Ext. Server (via transaction SM59) with
another key, such as SRM_LIVE_AUCTION_2, this additional entry appears in the list of destinations.
6. Select SRM Live Auction from the System Type list.
7. Save the settings and exit.
