Warning when I create a Quotation

Hi friends

When I create a quotation, I get this message from the system "Document / 000010 has no checking group (materialmaster - plant data)" for each material in the quotation.

Do you know which could be the cause?

Dear Gerardo,

This is due to not maintaining the Availability check field in the material master -->Sales:General/Plant View so,

Please go to MMo2 transaction enetr your material then go to the Sales:General/Plant View maintain the Availability check field then save the changes.

Now if you create quotation for that material warrning message will not come.

If you don't want to maintain that you can continue through pressing enter because this is warning message only so system will not stop you.

Hello,

This could be because the checking group has not been maintined for the particular material in the Plant.

Checking group can be found in the Material Master,

Sales General / Plant Tab.

Hi there,

In MM02 maintain MRP type in MRP1 view & Availability check in MRP 3 screen. This will help in availability check & TOR.

The Problem is because of Material Master data not maintained properly.

Checking Group = Availability Check

So that the system can't give u any confirm date.

Goto MM02 - MRP3 - Availability Check - Maintain 01 or 02 as per ur requirement.
