Can you confirm if SAP is set up to limit the coverage for basic and supplemental life to the non-medical issue amounts? For example, for Basic Life for Executives, they are eligible for 4 times pay up to a non-medical issue amount of $2,000,000. If the new coverage exceeds $2,000,000, the Employee must be notified to apply for the additional coverage by applying for EOI. How will the Benefits department know to send a letter for the additional coverage?
For other employees, the non-medical issue for 2 times base pay is $750,000.
For supplemental life, the non-medical issue is $250,000.
