IDOC error status 51

HI,

I am new in ALE and i try to implement ALE in my system.

When i send material number to another system the message error is create. error is happen on target system (IDOC is create with status 51 : Error: Application document not posted.

and there is a message :

Function module not allowed: AFS_RETAIL_ARTMAS_IDOC_INPUT

Please tell me how can i fix the issue.

Go to we51 and assign the correct function module to the IDOC...and even process code aswellll

To change status u have to work with tcode bd 87 to change status from 51 to 53..

If not processed..then while passing the data from file to xi to IDOC these mandatory fields are not filled up.

In We30/we31 you can check with the segment editor for the mandatory status of the fields.

HAve u defined partner profiles and port

In partner profile for outbound u need to specify the message type
