how to approve a shopping cart.Is there any badi or bapi.Please let me know

Hi,

First, you have to customize workflow.

Please go to transaction SPRO, SRM Server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> SAP Business Workflow.

Once workflow is started when you create a Shopping Cart, Approver will get workitem in his inbox.

Hi chinna,

once the work flow is configured in SPRO settings, when a shopping cart is created it goes for awaiting approval status,

then log off and log in as a approver, in the work item list the shopping cart appears, select the cart and click approve button.
