Hi chinna,
once a SU01 user is created in EBP or SRM system and that user should be integrated to organizational structure through USERS_GEN transaction, under that transaction select existing su01 users radio button and execute it, after executing system asks you to which department the user should be assigned, so give the department for that user and say ok.
once the user is integrated to organizational structure that user is treated as a EBP user.
A position, central person, and a business partner id is generated by system automatically.
