Goods Issue for Scrapping with ref. to a PO

Hi,

My client wants to track the scrap disposal per PO.

Just need to know whether it is possible to make a goods issue for scrapping with ref to a PO. Please let me know whether we use MB1B or MIGO or any other tcode with movement type (551) so that we have a field for entering the PO.

Yes it is possible

you have to use tcode MB1A.

Go to tcode OMBW and locate the Mtype 551

double click on it

than click on Materials management and make the Purchase order field optional

save

now go back to MB1A and enter the mtype 551, plant and storage location

then hit enter

here you will see the Po number field is available
