TEM - Tables & Fields

Hi,

I have a requirement to write Functional Specs (FS) for a custom TEM report. its a kind off a Employee TEM Matrix.

I have prepared most of the FS with the required tables, fileds, layout etc.

I just wanted to know from where do I pick the data for Proficiency & completed / Planned date.

Let me define the above two terms for your understanding:

Proficiency: The proficiency attained by an emplyee or not i.e. the report will display Yes if the proficiency has been attained & '-' if it has not been attained.

Completed / Planned Date: This date will give the attained date of the qualification or the planned date of the Business event.

Pls. let me know the technical details like the table, fields, etc to be picked for the above two.

PS; I dont think the proficiency infotype will be of any use.

Thanks Learning SAP...but the same Course might have multiple start & end dates i.e. the same trainings might happen monthly, weekly, etc.

How do we diferenciate btw, the courses/ trainings and there dates?
